 The types of information we collect

Huky Studio may collect and use the following information about you:

  Location information we collect about you. With your consent, Huky Studio may collect your location via Global Positioning System (GPS) data. If you do not wish to share your precise location with us, you can switch off location services via the settings on your mobile device.

  Technical information we collect about you. Huky Studio automatically collect certain information from you when you access or use Huky Studio products, including unique device identifiers, time zone setting, mobile phone area, language option, mobile or device model, device manufacturer, operating system, network (e.g., 4G, 5G, wifi), camera parameters, CPU and/or GPU information and information regarding your use of the Platform.

   Behavioral information we collect about you. Huky Studio also collect information regarding your use of the Huky Studio products, e.g., photo shooting acts, shooting scenes, filter selection, filter preference.

Under no circumstances, no Personal Information is collected by Huky Studio.

Huky Studio do not collect, or otherwise make copies of images you make using our apps and any reference to personal information in the present policy do not include images/photos/videos or any personal information about you.

Huky Studio do not have any server to store any of your personal data. Huky Studio will never pass on your personal details (selling, renting or otherwise) to anyone.

Make sure to check our privacy policy frequently, since it is subject to change, and your continued use of the site is conditional to your acceptance of any modifications.

If you do not agree to this Policy, do not use or access the apps, and uninstall them from the device.

Required Permissions :

CAMERA:

A permission  is required to use the phone's camera hardware. It can not be used for any other purpose. It is necessary for the basic function of the application.

AUDIO RECORD:

It is a necessary permission for recording voices during video recording. It can not be used for any other purpose.

Read and write external storage:

This permission allows the application to take pictures and videos with on/off flash of your device camera. Modify or delete the content of SD card. This permission deal with reading external storage on newer devices. This permission is allow you to view application data stored on their SD card.

Links to Other Sites:

Huky Studio products may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us and therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control and takes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Huky Studio products may include advertising. Advertising is part of the reasonable and lawful business model of Huky Studio. You agree to receive advertising released by Huky Studio or third-party partners while using Huky Studio products. After Huky Studio have performed its obligations in connection with the release of advertisements according to law, you shall make your own judgment about the authenticity of such advertisements and shall be liable for your judgment. Unless otherwise stipulated by law, Huky Studio is not liable for any losses or damage incurred by you as a result of transactions resulting from such advertisements or content provided by advertisers.
